SWIMMING


Aqua Babies 


Parents and babies can begin our baby swim lessons just as soon as they feel ready and are comfortable to come and join us. 

The first course is a wonderful, gentle introduction to water sensations for your baby. We will teach him/her to be comfortable and confident holding, moving, floating and playing  in the pool.

The instructor will gently introduce your baby to the underwater world of submersions. Once they are ready we will show you how to smoothly guide your baby under the surface as well.


Toddlers - Aquatic Awakening


From 3 years up to 6 years, the sessions are fun and allow your child to adapt to an aquatic environment, to discover, to recognise it, to learn to immerse themselves and enhance their ease in the water and build their confidence. Discovery and Learning of safety positions to return alone to the edge of the pool. (They will learn to become autonomous, that is to say, "I fell in the water and I'm able to swim to the side on my own.")


Young Swimmers (from 6 years old) - Learning - Development


Introduction: Getting to know and discovering the feeling of floating and well-being in the water. Discover the horizontal position, breathing and movement. Learning: Discover a swimming technique or learn a new one (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle) depending on the age and physical characteristics of everyone.

45 min session,

1 session: 350 AED/child
4 sessions : 1000 AED/child
Flat rate 8 sessions : 1500 AED

2 siblings or more registered: 15% discount on total fee.

AQUAGYM



Tonic water gymnastics that emphasises strength training of the whole body, and a cardiovascular workout sessions all while listening to rhythmic music.


Fees: 

45 min session,

Fitness

Regular exercise and physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.
